Weighing and recording transactions is important, but only half the story - those transactions must be billed and payments collected. In response to our customers' requests, ISI has developed an invoicing and accounts receivable package that integrates tightly with our vehicle weighing software. No more is there a hassle exporting transactions to a 3rd party package and comparing transaction data with accounting data by hand. Instead, our integrated A/R and invoicing software automatically imports transaction information and produces invoices. It's not just an "add-on" either, it is a full featured A/R system for end-to-end management of your transaction and financial data, with copious reporting, finance charge assessment, audit logging, and more.

If you still need to interface to a 3rd party package, our accounting package has a number of interfaces already built for other accounting software. Data can be transferred daily, weekly, or monthly. If a real-time link is necessary this can also be accomplished if the 3rd party package either provides an interface to the database or has a scheduled importing mechanism. ISI will happily work with you to integrate the two systems together.
